Specifically, how will you achieve the aim?

After your aim has been formulated, it needs to be broken down into specific tasks that would help achieve that aim. That is called formulating the objectives. Both the aim and the objectives are concise and brief statements that are interrelated but where aim is a general statement, objectives are particular and detailed declarations and are generally more than one.
