On a PhD level, it is not hard to make and submit a doctoral research proposal. What really hard is to identify the difference between a PhD and masters research level.
Advice # 1:
Students studying at the doctoral level haven’t got much time; hence, they prefer writing a very short and concise keywords rich topic in the topic area. Title area must not contain only the topic but also a detailed description of the research aims and objectives.

4 lines abstract won’t do fine here; you have to provide a comprehensive overview of the research project. Also identify the discipline within which it falls.

Literature review works as a foundation for a research proposal. Therefore, you must develop your research proposal to demonstrate that you are aware of the ongoing and past debates related to the issues. Not only that you can also analyze them with your critical eye. Doctoral research proposal is an original piece of work; therefore, you must come up with a topic that hasn’t been touched before. Furthermore, you have to acknowledge the sources to show your appreciation of the prior work done on the same subject.

Key research questions
You should know the center area of your research work, by focusing it you can find out the key research questions that you are going to solve in your actual research.
Advice # 4:
Identifying the methods are not enough here, you need to show your personal understanding of the tools available to select them on the basis of their relevancy and suitability. Depending on the nature of the research topic, you can determine if qualitative or quantitative would suit the methodology.
Advice # 5:
Timescale for the research is mentioned to complete a project within a given period. Make sure it not only contains a complete time scale but also your plans regarding the project.
Advice # 6:
Unfortunately, you cannot include the research findings in the conclusion. Hence, you can contribute to the existing research findings because of the originality of the research.

Finally, mention the sources from which you wish to find the research material.
